This amazing Silver coin recalls the Boston Tea Party, a political protest that occurred on December 16, 1773, in Boston, Massachusetts, and it has been released for its 250th Anniversary. The reverse of the coin shows a very detailed representation of the event remembered as the Boston Tea Party: American colonists, frustrated and angry at Britain for imposing taxation, organized the protest and dumped 342 chests of tea, imported by the British East India Company, into the Boston Harbor.
